Managed Process Engineers and equipment maintenance technicians. Developed and documented Process Engineering procedures and methodologies. Performed Failure Analysis and six sigma process controls for operations such as wire bonding and hermetic sealing operations.

Thomasville North Carolina

Started as a Production Manger and later responsible for all Manufacturing, Shipping, and Production operations at Nordfab. Around 75-100 employees with shipments and customers nation wide for Nordfab products. These products included industrial ducting and waste systems for manufacturing plants (i.e. textile & wood products as an example).

Responsible for the manufacturing group for IBM Think Pad laptops. Managed assemblers, technicians, and inventory control personnel. Fuji automated equipment with robotic material handlers and board troubleshooting. Left the company when NAFTA was enacted and the facility and work was moved to Mexico.

Supervisor of Assembly group for FETS, MMICs, and RF microwave assemblies. Class K and Class H certified operations for commercial and military customers. Responsibilities included on time shipping of all products and performed training on microwave assembly techniques for Harris customers.
