VRB Contracts and Data AnalystGiving advice to the purchasing department with the vehicle ordering process i.e. by making sure that correct discounts/fleet codes are allocated to the vehicle.Analyzing customer and group manufacturer contracts ensuring correct information is replicated onto the quotation database. Manage group quotation databases and ensuring they are kept up to date through the input of vehicle prices, discounts, volume related bonus, residual values, maintenance costs etc.Providing excellent and consistent service to both external and internal customers.Conduct data analysis to evaluate team improvement opportunities, as well as identifying business trends, business cycles and highlight focus areas.Supporting business directors and account managers through creation of reports and analysis.Maintain and overlook special vehicle stock deals on the quotation database.A focal point, and centre of excellence for the management and resolution of all manufacturer bonus queries.Ensuring accurate data capture to allow the performance reporting and evaluation of the manufacturer bonus process in terms of efficiency, accuracy, levels of service and future development.Working and co-operating with other LeasePlan departments to maximize profit and company performance.

Placing renewal vehicle orders from clients to dealersGenerating and obtaining vehicle quotes from nominated and LeasePlan dealers.Running ad-hoc status reports to show current fleet information.Ensuring all fleet vehicles are taxed and have valid MOT certificate.Training external clients on Leaseplan systems.Resolution of invoice queries.Raising credits and invoices Monthly customer progress meetings both off and on site. Huge involvement in fleet optimization projects.Liaising with dealers to ensure we get the best price for the vehicle/work.Advising fleet managers of what vehicles are available to their desired budget.Up selling Leaseplan products to existing clients Making sure all orders are processed correctly.Building relationships on all levels and developing the trust of the client and the drivers.Assisting in the training of new team members and familiarizing them of the accounts and systems.
