Global role accountable for managing presales opportunities in conjunction with Services Sales, Partners, Subject Matter Experts and field-based Practice Consultants to define and solution Customer business problems. Primary deliverables include constructing cost, providing price recommendations, establishing risk and managing governance processes; all culminating in Dell’s proposal to provide Professional Services for its Customers. Technical responsibilities include design of Customer’s Enterprise Storage/Area Network and Solutions environments including HPCC, Oracle, Virtualization and Microsoft technologies; often including technical Proof of Concepts conducted in jointly with Customers.
