I worked at the Newmarket Randwick project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Working as a Project Engineer, I was directly responsible for delivering the Fig tree Pocket Residence designed by Smart Design StudioThe project overall consisted of 300 Apartments, Park lands, retail shops, updated roads and a children’s playground.

With the Ganellen site team, I was working on the Poly Horizon, Epping Project Consisting of 501 Apartments 3 residential story towers, In addition to what I was previously responsibility as a junior site engineer, I am directly responsible for:-Understand the early warning principle with Clients and construction teams. Promote problems and have recommended solutions in mind.-A complete Structure from slab on ground to roof top off. This included the programming of project, Site set up, crane methodology, edge protection system employed, reinforcement and concrete forecasting and ordering to the daily coordination of trades.- A complete fit out from High Level Service install to final defects and handover to client.

Working with Ganellen Project Team at Wolli Creek Discovery Point Stages 3&5, I was responsible for the following:-Liaising with clients and Subcontractors-ITP Creation and Control-Involved with maintaining site flow of works by communicating and coordinating of different trades -Measuring, recording and reporting on progress against program in allocated work packages and advising Project Manager of discrepancies.-Review shop drawings and distribute to relevant consultants for review and sign off (back and forth) until approval is obtained.-Chase through items for construction (track orders I deliveries)-Notify the private certifier upon commencement and schedule hold point visits throughout construction.-Issue RFI's to Client and Consultants as they arise, and maintain the register.-Prepare defect reports and incomplete work lists, allocate subcontractor responsibility and issue to subcontractors.

Alexakon Construction deals with specialised residential projects and focuses on delivering its clients with high end quality work. Alexakon's scope spans from top end residential houses, medical centre fit-outs to large landscaping projects. It has enabled me to be involved in a variety of site roles and divers projects. I was responsible for the following: - Establishing site for excavation of footings and continuation of retaining walls/concrete slabs to follow.- Completing Quality Control, such as Inspection Test Plans, across construction components for client review.- First contact person on site problem dealing with complex problems and the required management in order to overcome mishaps-Client variation discussion and variation submission -Assist in the tendering of new projects by completing assessments of drawings and creating scope of work items for subcontractors.-Assist in overall business cycle period involving assessments of current and future projects and identifying periods in which the business will need to undertake re-structuring of workforce or new project works.
