Worked directly under the Director of Evaluations & Data to support Mikva Challenge’s mission of fostering youth empowerment and civic engagement. Key responsibilities included:Data Management: Coded, drafted, and administered surveys, collected and managed survey data, and maintained the response database.Compliance and Reporting: Ensured program compliance with Illinois state regulations and prepared annual reports based on survey findings.Administrative Support: Managed attendance records, assisted in payroll processes, and ensured accuracy in youth program payroll.Program Support: Contributed to youth programming, provided direct support to participants, and attended webinars on tech assistance and nonprofit management.Gained valuable experience in data analysis, program evaluation, and nonprofit operations while actively contributing to initiatives that promote a just and equitable society.

Passionate and results-driven leader. As NHS President at Lemont High School, I established and led a task force that packed over 50,000 meals and raised over $18,000, establishing the largest student-led fundraiser and community service event in Lemont High School history. I spearheaded transformative initiatives that reformed community service options, improved meeting structure flow, and created the highly successful "Lemont v. Hunger" meal-packing initiative. I instituted "self-check" community service, empowering members to find their own service hours, increasing engagement and expanding community impact.
