Technical Training Manager
Current- Establish baseline requirements in key technical and sales training areas by conductingtraining needs/ gap analysis
- Design, develop and implement training curricula for all levels (beginner, intermediateand advanced) using appropriate methods and activities
- Coordinate and deliver company or product-related trainings, including presentations ofcatalogs, product features and simulation activities in a demo environment
- Monitor learning objectives, content, effectiveness measures and delivery of all learninginitiatives
- Build, manage, and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among businessstakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and peers
- Maintain updated curriculum catalog and training records
