CurrentI have been promoted through roles of increasing accountability and scope for Zachry, a large service provider of turnkey construction, engineering, maintenance, turnaround, and fabrication services in the power, energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. I lead all Enterprise functions for the accounting, IT, payroll/HR support and change management groups that includes a team of over 500 professionals. I led the creation of this shared services organization that transformed these key Enterprise support services.Highlights:-Strategically leveraged existing and new leadership talent to drive a culture of collaboration and innovation-Reset expectations across all groups, improving employee engagement and internal brand image -Leveraged new technology and automated workflows.-Spearheading an HCM and Payroll platform migration to Oracle Fusion for the global enterprise.-Created and streamlined a data governance strategy, leveraging cloud solutions to protect data and information integrity while maturing the enterprise cyber security posture.-Created a technology investment strategy for the Enterprise.
