Through experience in the world of teaching, in UK, Hong Kong and East Africa, I developed an ability to express in simple terms complex concepts. I believe this to be fundamental first to understanding, but then to discussion. I believe this is also fundamental to sales and marketing processes and has governed my approach to the sales process over the last 20 years. Having an inherent sense of humour demands a quick understanding of the persons to whom one is trying to sell. A keen awareness is an essential advantage.
