John has a wealth of experience in ICT. His major areas of expertise are in Business Systems Analysis. Requirements Engineering, software project team leadership, and developing Business Analysis centres of excellence.He has and continues to apply his skills within a very wide range of organisations and projects. His "hard" skills include using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio etc.) as well as a variety of visual modelling tools like Enterprise Architect, Paradigm Plus and others.
