We engage regularly with stakeholders within the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem to help and improve the support and training available to aspiring entrepreneurs.Our team supports the creation of a high growth environment in which Scotland’s most promising entrepreneurs are inspired to be internationally ambitious and enabled to rapidly scale their companies to create new jobs and sustainable economic growth. We do this by working in collaboration with other public, private, third sector organisations and influential leaders to drive an increase in the number of entrepreneurs in Scotland with ambition to scale on an international stage. We play an active role in Scotland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, influencing and strengthening the understanding of the benefits and characteristics of high impact entrepreneurial activities. In doing so, we intend to build confidence in Scottish Enterprise as an effective partner and influential leader in the culture change required to transform Scotland’s performance in the era of entrepreneurial and economic growth to build “the most entrepreneurial society in the world”. Working in conjunction with senior management and executive leadership teams, we were able to provide meaningful management information to inform short and long term decisions for the first time.

Mainly focused on the reporting and analysis of SE's Account Managed Company's metrics, our small team was tasked with the production, analysis and verification of SE's Company Growth published measures. I was also were involved with the evolution of SE's internal business processes, I also lead on the design and implementation of new business processes that made our company information request system, Year End Metric Reporting and Employee Communications more streamlined and simple to use.
