A hybrid of Lean Business, Theory of Constraints, Total Quality Management & Neuro Linguistic Programming. Trained, coached & guided 15 Regional Business Performance Improvement managers; Australia & the UK). Managed a small core team of central experts.Example Improvement: ROS increased from 5% to 12% in a £4M Business Unit.

Led a strategic review of a £250M business leading to a plan to improve profitability to > 20%. Primary focus was the Oil & Gas sector.Facilitated a series of regional workshops to analyse the current reality of the business and to develop a 2010 vision.Facilitated the development & buy-in to a plan to create a new £Bn business venture focussed on core technologies of the Energy Industries.Example Strategic Plan: Team plan created to increase ROS from -3% to +18% in 3 years through overseas expansion and changing the market pricing mechanism in a £5M Business Unit. Developed & managed a "Next Generation" management development programme. Programme spanned 18 months with 9 participants.
