As a Risk and Security Recruiter I help technical professionals identify relevant opportunities related to their skillsets within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cyber Operations, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). I develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools. I evaluate candidates through screening and interviews ie. reference checks and online assessments. After placement, I manage and maintain relationships with technical professionals on assignment, and maintain that relationship once their assignment finishes. I also network in the local market to gain account insight and build relationships with technical professionals.As a Production Delivery Manager I am responsible for the leadership of forty four specialized recruiters spread out across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions. The primary responsibilities of this role include leader development, ensuring a consistent onboarding process for our newest recruiters, continued coaching of both leads and individual contributors, and performance management of this team. Outside of those responsibilities I am responsible for partnering with our Regional Team Leads, office leaders and account mangers to create and execute our daily alignment of the recruiting team and ensure delivery on open positions. Separate from this I am also responsible for the guiding the creation and execution of overall Risk & Security delivery strategy along the East Coast to better support over 30+ geographic markets.
