I began working at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in 2021. In 2023, the two firms merged. My work includes a traditional commercial real estate practice, as well as integration on various sophisticated healthcare and corporate M&A transactions.

In addition to practicing at a law firm, I serve as the Kentucky Democratic Party’s General Counsel, where I coordinate the party’s legal affairs, lead the legal team and manage outside counsel, when necessary. Bringing both legal and political experience, I advise the organization on a wide range of legal issues, primarily including general corporate, labor and employment, election and campaign finance, real estate and other transactional matters, while also overseeing litigation and open records matters, among others.

I draft and negotiate a variety of contracts in all deal stages, including acquisition/disposition, financing, and leasing.
