I am licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee. My current practice in North Carolina is focused heavily on residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning, but we also handle family law, business related matters, civil litigation, and criminal matters in all of the North Carolina trial courts. We pride ourselves on providing high quality service to our clients in our areas of practice. During my career I have provided management of the legal affairs to private firms and public agencies, supervised employees, and exercised the flexibility to provide legal services to a broad spectrum of people and businesses. I have always made it a point to attempt to provide services to clients across the board, and when services cannot be rendered in a particular area, provide a solid referral so matters can be handled efficiently.I have enjoyed my time as a North Carolina State Bar Councillor serving my judicial district on various committees aimed at the preservation and enforcement of our ethical and procedural rules, and also the provision of quality legal services and protection of the public.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, working as an off-ice official with the American Hockey League's Charlotte Checkers, attending high school and professional sporting events, golfing, and cooking.
