The data set that we curated is capable of supporting meaningful use metrics across our huge hospital network as well as supporting population health needs. Responsibilities: * Architected a data model that supports the generation of an OMOP data model and a VDW data model.* Developed code for a clinical unification engine that curated data from the EHR systems below into a single unified data model.- Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, PPMS, Star-McKesson, 835-CMS* Built a flexible framework to support the running of HCSRN’s VDW SAS QA Scripts.* The framework allowed the use of Subversion to manage versions of the scripts and they could be run against Base or Enterprise SAS from a server or a laptop without any changes to the underlying code base.* Achieved all IRB required training certifications to work with Research Data
