BUSINESS/TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: - Extensive experience with Marketing solution and Service solution based on Dynamics CRM Platform. - Experience with Call Center integrated within CRM platform. - Extensive experience with SAP CRM knowledge: CRM Master Data; Opportunity, Quotation, Contract, Sales Order, CHM, TPM,.Workflow and Pricing processes, etc. - Expert in setting up interfaces between systems; data flow and data management. - Extensive experience with vendor management, budget control and purchase management.
