• Work with users from all Cox divisions to resolve technical issues.• Utilize Active Directory to unlock accounts, reset passwords, and manager user permissions.• Log into Citrix to manage sessions and CMG-specific applications such as Adbooker.• Utilize AS400 to re-enabled accounts, reset passwords, change buyer/seller, how paid codes, f5 notes, and reset printers.• Assist users logging into corporate portals to access pay information and various resources/applications.• Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, Cisco IP phones, Avaya IP phones, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, and AS400 devices such as the TC-75.

Solving IT-related problems for law firms across the globe.• Provide remote technical support to secretaries, paralegals, associates, partners, and of counsel for law firms all over the globe.• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues. Excel in asking probing questions and researching, analyzing and rectifying problems.• Assist users with working remotely utilizing Citrix, VMWare, RDP, and VPN.• Assist users’ ability to log into the network by troubleshooting issues in Active Directory.• Add and remove users from groups in Active Directory in order to access email groups and other network resources.• Troubleshoot law firm-specific software such as Aderant, Elite time entry, Elite Webview, Chrome River, Winscribe, MacPac, Interaction, Workshare and Change-Pro.• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2007-2016 products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. • Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles for common and hard-to-diagnose issues.
