My drafting experience is mostly with residential homes using ArchiCad and commercial using AutoCad Architecture. I have also created landscapes in 3d, golf resort maps, art sculptures for civic locations and 3d models using Solidworks. I am very good at communicating with clients and producing finish plans and 3D renderings which accurately represent their ideas in an exciting way while also staying realistic to budget, construction methods, materials and industry practices.
