Civilian - Over 30 years experience in Project Management, Process Management, Human Resources, Management, Budget/Finance, Data Systems Management, Training Management and Sales with most recent experience in Quality Management. (Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from AT&T Center of Excellence)Military – Over 35 years experience in the Reserves and National Guard (Army and Air Force) with the most recent experience as a Senior Leader (Colonel) on Active Duty.
