With over 20 years of experience with in the travel industy, 15 of which based in the French Alps, I have built up a wealth of knowledge and a huge network of contacts within the travel industry and further afield. Development of new income streams, enhance / overhaul company systems and procedures, advice and assistance on recruitment and training as well as in resort troubleshooting. Project Management and RefurbishmentCovering all aspects of project management of Hotels, Bars, Chalets across the French Alps. From the day to day management of private chalets to full refurbishment projects:- Concept & design to budgeting & sourcing building contractors / suppliers - ongoing site management to delivery of finished product in accordance with French security & conformity laws.Projects completed in: - Meribel, Courchevel, La Tania, Val D’Isere & Morzine.Training Programs and CoursesDevise, plan and deliver pre season training and development courses in accordance with the clients needs. Specialising in the hotel, bar & chalet sectors I have designed and delivered courses to all levels of management and general staff. Adapting training needs from one to one sessions up to group training for as may as 350 people General Consulting Consulting and liaising over a wide range of areas and topics, from local authorities, hotel / chalet owners to building contractors and other suppliers.
