I have been in the construction industry since 1983. Through determination and hard work I rose up through the ranks from a hard working laborer to a carpenter, then project manager eventually topping out at superintendent. At that point the only option if I wanted to advance was to start my own company, which I did in 2004. Since then its been the best thing I've ever done. It allows me to run my business my way by providing the same quality as all the bigger companies and at the same time bringing that quality to middle class families by keeping overhead low which allows me to charge less.
