Leading assisted registration project for the Federal Governments E Health.

South Australian personnel manager of a team of 43 facilitators , in up to 30 separate locations. The team comprised 15 nationalities, and included full time and part time staff.Duties included, roster preparation, last minute staff movements, collating of information and submitting reports, training and education of facilitators, conflict resolution, recruitment of staff, visiting the sites and liasing with the managers Government departments .

South Australian Manager for Eftpos Connection, and managed the Bank SA Contract. The role included leading a team in B2B relations, and procuring additional clients for Bank SA, opening new business bank accounts , and associated paperwork. It also included recruitment and training of new staff. Westpac (Bank SA parent company, took over this role themselves in May 2013)

During this period I managed investments, and established and managed a childrens play café.The café seated 160 people, and I managed a staff of 30 rotating volunteers and 3 paid staff. My role comprised of all aspects of running the café from ordering the food, budgets, training staff in food handling, and food preparation, reconciling accounts.Also I was the business administrator of a non profit organisation for 15 years in total.
