I have been managing customer support for all of North America for over 22 years. I have a strong work ethic, am self driven, and have excellent communication skills. I understand the point of view of the customer, how to interpret customer needs, and how to bring groups together to develop solutions for the customer. I work effectively with all aspects of our company including engineering, product development, test, quality, support, admin, and management, to provide solutions for customer needs. I am experienced with customer communications at all levels, including upper management decision makers as well as the people that are implementing the visions of upper management and influencing their decisions. I work effectively with our partners and our sales channels at all levels to to address customer's needs and win sales.I have strong problem solving skills that are used to understand customer needs and win new sales, and also to keep existing customers happy and willing to stay with us when it comes time for migration.
