Responsible for a $1.69 billion portfolio made up of 59 self-storage properties, 4.4 million in rentable square feet, 75 million annual revenues and over 40,000 customers. Oversaw the self-storage operational platform including revenue management, annual budgeting forecasting, capital improvement project, claims, new construction development and PL expense management. Lead a team of five District Managers and 125 field team members located across four states.

Responsible for the Public Storage portable self storage container division securing approximately $15 million in annual revenues. Broad scope of responsibility includes P&L accountability, business development, marketing, asset procurement, pricing, sales forecasting and overall customer service satisfaction. Supervise General Managers located in as many as 12 different regional markets. General tenant base of up to 10,000 customers and over 32,000 container transactions annually.

Managed and direct the warehouse management activities of the properties in Illinois, New York, Maryland, Florida, Colorado, Texas through the supervision of salaried General Managers and 82 various hourly subordinates. Established GM job responsibilities and key areas of accountability for attainment of company objectives. Directed the formulation and adherence to annual property plans including the preparation of annual budgets for revenues, payroll, and capital expenditures. Oversaw warehouse management functions of a geographic region including property building maintenance, sales, collections, customer relations, scheduled equipment maintenance for trucks, trailers, forklifts and related Pick Up and Delivery equipment.· Awarded Region of the year in 2002 and 2003
