I started working for this great company as a workers compensation adjuster. Quickly worked my way up to Account Services Representative where I was responsible for a team to produce a four hour business seminar for Texas Employers. I then trained all content experts for presentation delivery. In addition to coordinating travel and presenting at 48 statewide seminars the first year, 2000, I also performed field workers compensation injury investigations which included giving testimony at Benefit Review Conferences and Contested Case Hearings.
