ECHO stands for "Effective Communication for Healthy Organizations." We prioritize listening intelligence as a foundational value of business, nonprofit, and corporate culture. Companies lose an average of $15,000 a year per employee due to ineffective communication, and we are on a mission to reverse that trend. What is "listening intelligence?" In short, it's the ability to expand the range of what we habitually listen TO and FOR in any given situation. We usually limit what we actually hear based on our habitual listening filters, our speed to get things done, and our personal agendas, and therefore miss critical information as a result. At ECHO, we teach that by suspending our personal agendas for brief periods and listen--truly listen--to our employees, managers, and teammates, we begin to uncover the crucial insights that can lead to the team cohesion and company alignment we had always been waiting for.

I have the privilege of guiding the internal growth and general operations of ECHO Listening Intelligence. I oversee product research & development, marketing ops, HR, and the development of proper systems/structures for growth. As part of the leadership team, I also collaborate on the company's strategic direction.

My love for operations led to a dual role at ECHO Listening Intelligence. I oversaw the development of our internal operations to meet growing needs while also serving as an operations consultant within client companies.

Enhanced company operations by re-arranging job roles, defining operational policies, developing and implementing strategic plan. Hired new employees, created training manuals for all major company roles, and provided leadership development training to manager. Clarified organizational mission, values, and integrated new marketing strategy and budget.
