District Garden Captain - I ensured alignment across the district in terms of Live Goods Watering Schedule as well as Parking lot Bagged Goods POG. While not all stores were the same, the expectation was the POG was consistently followed by store. District Specialty Captain- I worked with the District Services manager to ensure Promo execution, Specialist staffing, Store Standards. Additionally, I facilitated Specialty/Installed Services Road Shows. We had 8-10 Service Providers participate. 40-60 associates across the district met at a central location to participate in a Round Robin series of training. Team Depot - A Core Value was Giving Back. I volunteered my effort in whatever was needed to make the lives of our Grant Recipients lives better. I enjoy the day to day interaction with associates and customers. Solving opportunities is a great skill of mine. I am a proud father of two girls and am married to my best friend of 28 years. I love anything to do with Arkansas Razorback sports. My favorite hobby is yard work.
