Advised a brigade-level command with one security force battalion, one base support battalion and eight functional detachments to perform garrison functions for three Army camps in Kuwait, with a permanent and transient population of more than 70,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractor employees. Led a team of six judge advocates, one civilian attorney, and six paralegals providing personal legal assistance, international law, contract and fiscal law, military justice, personnel claims, employment law, and tax preparation support to commanders, staff, and individuals across the Central Command region. Reviewed annual expenditures of more than $850 million for legal sufficiency.
