CurrentLarge 3 office firm covering the whole of Greater Manchester and beyond. Specialising in all aspects of criminal defence law, including advocacy in both the magistrates and crown courts. Both general crime, primarily covered in the magistrates courts throughout the country, through to more serious crimes as well as high value 'white collar' crime such as fraud and money laundering. I represent clients in court on a variety of different offences on a daily basis, which are prosecuted by a number of agencies such as the Crown (CPS), Trading Standards, The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and the RSPCA. I also hold Higher Rights of Audience enabling me to represent clients both in the Magistrates and Youth Courts as well as the Crown Court. I am also an accredited police station representative and hold duty solicitor status.In April 2017, I was instrumental in opening Kemp's 3rd office in the heart of Salford. I am currently on the Salford duty rota and represent clients on all matters, primarily at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
