I have a proven track record of creating and developing fully integrated building designs in a collaborative environment and have applied USN Quality Assurance (Deming TQM in essence) and Six Sigma Lean Practices to the design process, enabling my team(s) and me to produce highly effective comprehensive design solutions that are well documented and consistently exceed client expectations. Experience operating and maintaining naval vessels has provided a wealth of knowledge and given me an intuitive understanding of integrated product/systems design. Complemented by my university design education and an active imagination, I am able to engage and innovate across a broad spectrum. As a change catalyst, mentor and coach, I am able to foster creative and strategic thinking across many levels of an organization. As a highly proficient instructor & facilitator, I encourage growth by helping individuals gain self-confidence, uncover their latent talents and bring forth their intrinsic motivations.
