As Special projects manager, I am responsible for managing WAVE's key partnerships for technical solution delivery, Including wastwater and water treatment feasibility studies and outline design and project management. I also (through a partner company) help customers implement energy saving initiatives such as LED and VSD installations. I also evaluate the potential for WAVE to invest on attractive projects to help customers for whom funding is an issue. We fund projects through "performance contracts" based on my recommendations of when it is suitable to do so.

I also (through a partner company) helped customers implement energy saving initiatives such as LED and VSD installations. I also evaluated the potential for AWB to invest on attractive projects to help customers for whom funding was an issue. AWB funded projects through "performance contracts" based on my recommendations of when it was suitable to do so.

My role as Industrial Process Engineer was very customer facing. I provided technical solutions to water and wastewater problems on Business customer sites. The work I carried out for our large business customers involved: Outline process design of Effluent treatment plants, management of tender processes and project management of Effluent treatment plant installation and commissioning. I also carried out Industrial water efficiency studies, assisted with water metering/logging and offered advice on water efficiency of factory/industrial processes including advice on many key processes, from cooling tower operation to RO systems.I worked closely with Anglian Water Business customers to help them reduce their water footprint and to improve effluent discharge quality as part of our Business goal to reduce overall water consumption and improve the environment in our region.

I was involved in all aspects of Process Design of Industrial Wastewater Effluent plants, from outline design and managing tender processes on the behalf of customers, to detailed design and troubleshooting of existing "own and operate" effluent treatment plants.

I joined MWH as a graduate and was involved in all aspects of process design of wastewater treatment works from scoping and feasibility projects through to outline design, commissioning and detailed design, involving almost all major wastewater technologies imaginable. I carried out the outline and detailed design of many wastewater works in the south of england and in the North East and gained a working knowledge of BIOWIN design software.I also gained extensive process commissioning experience and was the site based process engineer responsible for the management of an 8 month commissioning programme on a large nutrient removal site in the south of England.
