• I was responsible for taking inbound calls and selling study material to customers for two different types of contract. The driving standards agency and The Life In The UK.• I also off my own back did outbound calls to boost my sales so I was able to hit target that was set for me.

My role was to speak to the general public to try and gage what they were using energy wise. To then talk to them about changing suppliers to save money.
