I have a combined 21 years of experience in the C-Store/Petroleum industry, spending the majority of my time in management roles. My first management experience was at the age of 18. Over the past 21 years I have acquired many skills in management including team recruiting, payroll/scheduling, inventory control, shrink control to a half percent of sales, environmental compliance, training of employees, peers and upper management on daily operations. I have helped in many acquisitions in training incoming new members of management on the way we did business as a Fortune 500 company. I could be dropped into a variety of management roles in different industries with minimal training, the management foundations I possess would scale easily.
