As the Software Development Team lead within the Professional Development Services group, my role is to ensure that all custom software development projects are completed to a high standard and meet the needs of our partners and customers.As the Team Lead, I am responsible for assisting in overall architecture and design of all of our projects and products, as well as the mentorship and development of junior resources. In addition to the leadership components of the role, I am also heavily involved in project execution with a focus on systems integration and data visualization.

As an Engineering Specialist at Delta Controls, I design and develop custom applications and tools for use in Building Automation Systems.Clients will request a custom application, interface, graphic or report, and I will create something to meet their needs using a variety of programming languages and software suites.

At Delta Controls, I work as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist on a project where I am the sole SQA member. I am involved in test design, maintenance and regression. I am also heavily involved with test automation, both from a design and programming standpoint.
