John Block is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at middle-market principle-based private equity investor, Unity Partners. Mr. Block is responsible for leading the firm’s investment strategy, Partner & Propel, identifying new opportunities to help organizations accelerate growth where all stakeholders benefit. Prior to joining Unity, he was a Partner at HGGC, where he held board seats on over ten services and software companies during tenure on the investment team. Mr. Block started his career as an Associate at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
