Focused on integrating and utilizing industry leading platforms (i.e. ServiceNow) within 'DXC Bionix' to support and enhance DXC's storage and backup offerings, delivering more value and increased customer satisfaction.Responsible for globally deployed core storage and backup offering applications (tools), namely NetApp OnCommand Insight (OCI) and DellEMC's Data Protection Advisor (DPA).

● Supported management and other staff with decision support analytics. Routinely aggregated large data sets to pull and build historic performance trends, capacity trends, and many other detailed analytics. ● Responsible for first line operational incident troubleshooting.
