Currently leading a national professional body in the hugely important field of relationship and psychosexual therapy. I have longstanding experience overseeing successful multidisciplinary functions in the charity and public sectors. Motivated by improving people’s outcomes and experiences I’ve previously overseen high impact policy, research, communications and service design activities. My thematic expertise is broad and covers children's policy, health and social care, economic development, and social justice - allowing me to work across institutional and sector boundaries.Combining rigour, creativity and tenacity I’m successful in organisational planning and strategy, income generation, and change management. Committed to making good work sustainable I make sure visions, plans and actions are based on a firm foundation of strong budgets and robust operational processes.
