Established Ellips USA as the North American subsidiary of Ellips BV (formerly strategic partner and supplier to SmarTouch). Ellips BV, headquartered in The Netherlands, is a global provider of electronic grading and sorting solutions used in the fresh produce industry. Through the use of optical solutions, spectral analysis and software algorithms, Ellips systems enhance the quality and efficiency associated with the packing and marketing of fresh fruits and vegetables. Co-founded SmarTouch which along with Whooshh Innovations is focused on leveraging its unique technology to create "next generation" harvesting, conveyance and packing solutions for the fresh produce and aquaculture industries. Responsible for sales, partner develpment and product portfolio.

Responsible for WW Sales & Bus Dev. Led international expansion and the creation of strategic relationships with all major wireless operators in North America. Achieved significant and profitable revenue growth which led to the successful sale of the company to JDSU (now Viavi) in January of 2007.
