• Chief Clinical Supervisor for a 93 bed Army Medical Center.
• Oversaw clinical operations of the entire facility to include three outlying health clinics (Camp Shelby, MS, SOUTHCOM, Clinic in Miami FL, and Rodriguez Army Health Clinic in Ft. Buchanan, PR) comprised of over 2,700.
• Monitored, reviewed, and analyzed all training and readiness reports, provided assistance, guidance, and occasionally provided direct instruction in the preparation for and successful accomplishment of all.
• Managed enlisted manpower and strength management in support of Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center.

• Senior Advisor to the Director of a Medical Company that augments a 248-bed Combat Support Hospital while supporting operations for a 38-bed community hospital
• Advised the Director on daily operations, morale, welfare, conflict resolution, and employee relations for an organization consisting of 500 Soldiers and DoD civilian employees.
• Evaluated personnel requirements, directed use and distribution of assets, recommended assignments/positions, and advised senior and subordinate leadership on all matters of discipline.
• Established policy and procedures; ensured junior, mid-level, and senior leadership were trained to meet established requirements.

Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States

• Supervised the logistical and administrative duties of a 26-bed general surgical inpatient unit in a 120-bed Community Hospital in the Joint Task Force National Capital Medical Region.
• Responsible for the health and welfare of 15 Soldiers, 5 Sailors and 11 civilian nursing personnel.
• Responsible for unit training of personnel.
