Following this exercise to host mail a complete office based solution has been supplied by use of published desktop. Part of the migration involved moving to a Dual Wan Network and Router replacement to add resilience. Further work has included use of VMware convertor and P2V to esx5i install to offer a Disaster Recovery plan. Also I have supported Windows 2008 server builds - and Exchange 2007 support including mailbox creation, journaling, backups using Seagate Backup exec 2010. Projects completed – Global Projects including SAP Rollout across Asia –Windows 2008 and Xenapp 5.0 to deliver SAP via Citrix’. The process included Active Directory and Group Policy design, Server build and application testing and installation. Some major challenges were overcome in use of country based allowing users to access Citrix and use applications hosted in Japanese, Thai, Greek, and Chinese. VM Conversions P2V agent to convert physical to victuals with in the new ESX VI3 infrastructure. This was indeed an interesting challenge to work with such large enterprise with over 60000 plus users across the European domain dealing with multiple applications across multiple countries.

Work Completed:Commission Branch Office – Server purchasing procurement with 3rd party vendors - SCC.Citrix call centre migration to deliver an E-Workforce management system to combine dis-jointed - customer service teams. Migration of Novell and installation of NT4 Server in dealerships UK wide. This involved visiting dealerships and migrating onsite Novell server to NT4 single domain server and installing Win95/98 as the client platform.

Employed with Bull Systems supporting the Health & Safety Executive Liverpool.Three years team leader experience, involving the migration of 4000 PCs from windows 3.1 to NT4 Workstation. Project included manpower and scheduling on various H.S.E sites U.K. wide.

UN Armed forces employed as a Surveyor in the GIS section Royal Engineers supporting Humanitarian Aid in Sarajevo, Bosnia.Helped in the organization of Concert for Peace to help the people of Sarajevo. Designed and advertised the poster campaign and aided in the setup and support of the event featuring local and U.K. rock groups including Bruce Dickinson.
