This is a very multifaceted role which involves:- Creating department standards and processes related to sales- Providing customers with sales and technical support via phone, email, chat and video- Issuing quotes in response to inbound requests- Working directly with outside sales team members to support territory and customers, especially by utililizing Salesforce CRM software- Routing qualified leads to inside/outside sales team as appropriate- Performing internal ISO 9001 audits as needed, including the use of Sage inventory management software- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics by creating and tracking dashboards in ADP Workforce, Salesforce, and Power BI- Being responsible for meeting, and helping others to meet, all sales quotas and goals- Training applications engineers, customer service reps, and sales personnel utilizing ProProfs training software
