Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and consult for multiple I3MP contracts in Europe in direct support of the US Military. Work in Liason with Siemens European headquarters in order to provide seamless fiber backbone across multiple installations (garrison).

Manage primary VIdeo Teleconference Hub in Europe under the direction of USAEUR HQ 4 Star commander Gen BB Bell. Provide seamless Voice and Video to subscribers across the globe including deployed locations throughout Europe and Southwest Asia. Manage polycom MGC equipment, scheduling and communications capabilities.

Manage and maintain training records for over 300 employees across Europe. Coordinate training events and certification training for all employees. Ensure that all employees met contractual requirements for certification and training. Maintained 3 equipment hand receipts totaling over 1 million dollars.
