Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in diverse roles, starting as a Communication Officer at the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. In this position, I learned how to manage and facilitate effective communication within a government agency.I then transitioned into the BPO industry as a Technical Service Specialist at Teleperformance PH, where I handled troubleshooting for Seiko Epson products. This experience sharpened my technical skills and gave me a solid foundation in customer support. Later, I took on the role of a Results Associate at ResultsCX, where I handled customer orders and sales for Target. I’m proud of the fact that my dedication led to consistently high Net Promoter Scores and promotional calls, which reflect the quality of my service.During the pandemic, I took on a new challenge as a Rider and Rider Leader for Foodpanda. I not only navigated logistics on the ground but also helped manage and lead my co-riders, working closely with management to improve the system. This experience taught me the value of teamwork, operational efficiency, and leadership under pressure.Most recently, as a Fixed Assets Manager at Teleperformance PH, I was responsible for product and asset inventories, operations, and logistics. Leading a team, I managed systematized daily transfers, internal communications, and logistical tasks. I learned the importance of risk management, organization, and effective leadership. This role allowed me to discover a new level of responsibility and initiative, skills that I plan to leverage moving forward in my career.Overall, my journey has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills across multiple industries.
