On matchdays I work via radio communications with the production team at ADI TV as floor manager to ensure all timings of the broadcast on Big Screen and DIGIBoard are on target. • Fan Engagement programme I developed the new Family Stand transforming the basic family areas into a vibrant stand full of interactive features. I secured a number of commercial partnerships to sponsor elements of the Family Stand. This has helped the club achieve the ‘Football League Family Excellence Award’ for three consecutive seasons. • Event ManagementI manage the annual summer ‘Family Funday’ for up to 5000 supporters.
