I spend a lot of time in the greater China region, and have had family background in Chinese businesses, therefore I understand the Chinese business mentality, and have developed numerous business contacts in China in a range of industries and government authorities throughout my time there. This puts me in a prime position to act as a business liaison between our clients and the Chinese market. I also assists with the development of dual language (Chinese/English) contracts and agreements alongside our Commercial team. My primary responsibilities as an IP Specialist include searching, prosecuting, managing and drafting patent applications, and providing infringement and 'freedom to operate' opinions in the field of engineering, as well as an associated understanding of electronics and software.My practical experience working with steel fabrication, machine operation and designs provide a first-hand understanding of engineering challenges and potential solutions.

Design and draft stainless steel structures for numerous industries. The steel structures range from pressure vessels, holding tanks, HAZNO tanks, silos, process vessels, heat exchangers, refrigeration systems and support structures for industries such as dairy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and structural etc.Also had some project involvement in terms of supplier, client and staff relationships and management.
