Assist in the management and training of the student workers, mentors, and tutors that make up the foundation of the Academic Center. Generate reports daily, weekly, and monthly that reflect the usage of the Academic Center. Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of student workers, mentors, and tutors. Assist with many other administrative duties.

Assist student-athletes in improving time management skills and motivating them to take advantage of their current opportunity. Also, I am a liason between Academic Counselors, Mentors, Tutors, and Student-Athletes.

Organized practices, managed budget, trained score and clock keepers, prepared score and clock keepers for certification, arranged transportation, trained men and women basketball players, hired assistant coaches and medical assistance for two years.
