Johnathan is a Whitsons’ Recruiter, where he oversees the recruitment process of team members for school districts, culinary centers, businesses and residential dining facilities throughout the Northeast region. His responsibilities include hiring, training and supervising location managers and directors, guiding new hires through the new hire process, managing daily advertising, conducting new hire orientations and generating action plans to continuously improve our staffing needs. Johnathan has over five years of experience in the food service industry. His role as a Recruiter continues to expand as he learns and implements various staffing techniques and attends seminars to further broaden his knowledge of human resources and recruiting as well as all aspects of project management.
