Responsible for access to online and offline media assets. Using platforms like Iconik and Lucid. Also responsible for finding new IT solutions, contacting vendors and troubleshooting, and supervising IT in our organization. I also am responsible for diagnostics and trouble shooting edit systems, IT systems, Lucid, Iconik, and SAN.

I moved over from 72 And Sunny to help with migration from a segmented IT system to a unified IT under one parent organization. In this position I became more familiar with AD and Microsoft t Azure. This position also used Microsoft office 365 and administration of that platform was included. Also had backend access to JAMF for Mac MDM deployments and creating policies to deploy for machines.

Worked doing desktop support in a Mac environment, doing software setups and administration of GSuite. Also worked on the Hecho Studios Side, helping editors with there setups during work from home. Keeping track of software licenses and helping with new work flow.

I am Mac IT specialist assigned to Legendary Entertainment. I support both the business and production side of Legendary Entertainment.

Created 2 web series on the new upcoming internet channel TV 2.0. The Series App Daily & Geeked are currently being shopped at G4, Youtube, Vibe, and Yahoo.

I educated customers on apples products and services. I also taught classes on Apples operating systems, and software platforms.
