Oversaw and managed multiple departments/initiatives: Advanced Service Technician, Instructor Assessment School, Certified Pool Inspector for Home Inspectors, and Facility Manager Application. Spearhead program on boarding of new AST Instructors. Assisted with the planning and attendance of seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Managed day-to-day operations for of the aquatics facility. Collaborated with senior management on the development, administration and direction of aquatic programs; including facility policies. Maintained quality control of the aquatics facility, equipment, and programs with special consideration to risk management issues. Trained and supervised aquatic and water staff, shift leaders, and lifeguards. Facilitated the following classes: Starfish Institute, Master Swim, Jr. Swim, and Lifeguard courses.
