CurrentBusiness support providing accurate information on employee benefits to 67,000 employees, Vendors and external Human Recourse Departments in a Retail Setting.Giving accurate administration of plan rules and regulations by telephone, emails and faxes.Analyzing and Correcting System Errors for employees, processing enrollment forms, Vendor updates and documentation of issues in our Case notes electronic system.Accurately plan and execute assigned projects. Distribute daily cases to colleagues, management staff on a daily basis and any other multiple updates that need attention.Perform system updates for Optional Long Term Disability on a weekly basis.Answer telephone calls on a continuous basis throughout the day for employees who require benefit information and giving call backs on resolved issues in speedy and timely manner.Sending Benefit Update Information to numerous vendors and ascertaining edibility for Long Term Disability Payments to our external Vendor when employees are out on Long Term Disability Leaves.Ascertaining Medical and Dental Eligibility for returning employees from Disability Leaves for active benefits or if required COBRA eligibility. Due to a loss of Active Coverage.
